Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid online masterclasses, workshops, programs and other digital wellness services offered through Health Academy.

Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility is governed by the refund or money-back terms displayed with the specific offer at the time of purchase. If an offer includes a specific guarantee or refund condition, those terms will apply to that purchase.

Because our services may include immediate access to digital material, registration, community access or a live event, cancellation and refund eligibility may vary by product. Customers should review the applicable offer terms before completing payment.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or ask about cancellation, email yogaadhyay@gmail.com and include the name used for the purchase, registered email address, phone number and order ID.

Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, it will be initiated through the payment method used for the original transaction. We aim to initiate approved refunds within 5–7 business days. The time taken for the amount to appear in the customer’s account may additionally depend on the bank or payment provider.
